Angela Field comes to Silverado with a master’s degree in nursing and 22 years of nursing experience. Once she started in hospice over 6 years ago, it didn’t take her long to realize that hospice was where she was supposed to be.
Angela has lived in Austin with her two boys since 2016, and loves thrifting in her spare time. Angela embraces and lives the LOVE>fear philosophy of Silverado and is passionate about making sure patients and their families get the care and support they deserve in their hour of need.

Kuldeep Singh, M.D. is an active volunteer within his local community and spends time each year speaking on geriatric topics at area churches and community centers. He is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatrics, and has been an essential asset to Silverado since he began in 2012.
Currently, Dr. Singh is simultaneously appointed to the HIM/UR committee at Medical Center of Plano and running his private practice. He has studied in both New York and Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree from King George’s Medical College, India.

Ryan Coughlan, MD, MPH joined Silverado Hospice as a natural extension of her work as Physiatrist. She is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine.
Ryan’s career passion is helping patients and their families live their lives on their terms. She recognizes the importance of giving others the freedom to choose their next steps whether that is in rehabilitation after an injury or stroke, or at home living with a terminal diagnosis.

Anil Rathi, M.D. joins Silverado Hospice Austin as a Team Physician. He is a disciplined and confident physician, with extensive experience working in hospice, post-acute care and all hospital settings. Rathi is committed to providing the highest level of quality care to patients in Austin, Tx.

Cara first joined the Silverado team as a Hospice Liaison in 2017 and after a brief hiatus, began her more recent role as the Director of Business Development in 2022. Cara has been working in healthcare since 2001 and has always made it her priority to help patients, families and providers navigate the healthcare system.
Cara’s passion for hospice stems back to when she received her master’s and became the first social worker at a new hospital in Williamson Co, Texas. During her time there, she fell in love with hospice and quickly realized she wanted to continue her focus on helping families and providers understand hospice care.
In addition to being a valuable member to the Silverado team, Cara is a devoted wife, mother, stepmother and friend. She enjoys cooking, yoga and walking her dogs.

Regional Business Office Manager
Perla first joined Silverado in July 2017 and has since then proven to be a great asset to the team. She has taken on many roles including Volunteer Coordinator, Admissions Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator and Liaison. Perla has also been a part of the Life Leader Program and the Leadership Development Forum at Silverado. She is a compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated individual who’s passionate about advocacy and educating her local community about hospice and the many services it provides.
Perla earned her Bachelor’s in Science and her Master’s in Healthcare Management. She currently serves as the Regional Business Office Manager for Silverado Hospice Austin and Dallas.
In her free time, Perla enjoys trying new restaurants, watching movies, dancing and spending time with her husband and two English bulldogs.
